At His Word Her Way, all sales are final.

Because our products and services include digital courses, downloadable materials, private webpage access, video lessons, and proprietary educational content that are delivered immediately or near-immediately after purchase, no refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted once a transaction has been completed.

This no-refund policy applies to all digital offerings, including but not limited to online courses, private course access pages, downloadable PDFs, digital guides, journals, workbooks, video teachings, and all other electronically delivered materials.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions before completing a purchase. If you have questions about a course, product, or offering, you should contact His Word Her Way before submitting payment.

Each customer must complete registration and purchase using the one email address they intend to use for all course communications, lesson delivery, receipts, private webpage links, updates, and support correspondence. The email address provided at checkout becomes the official and permanent email associated with that purchase.

All course-related communications and access information will be sent only to the original email address entered at the time of purchase. Requests to change, redirect, duplicate, transfer, or resend course communications to a different email address after purchase will not be honored.

It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to ensure that the email address entered during checkout is accurate, active, accessible, and regularly monitored, including checking spam, junk, and promotions folders. Entering an incorrect, inactive, inaccessible, or unintended email address does not qualify the purchaser for refunds, credits, replacement access periods, or exceptions to this all-sales-final policy.

If you experience a technical issue accessing purchased content, His Word Her Way will make reasonable efforts to assist in restoring access to the original registered email account, but technical support does not create eligibility for refunds.

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent refund claims made after access has been granted may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to all His Word Her Way products, courses, and future purchasing privileges.
