                                     Course Communication and Registered Email Policy

Each customer must register and complete purchase using the one email address they intend to use for all course communications, school access, private webpage links, lesson delivery, receipts, updates, and support correspondence. The email address submitted at checkout becomes the official and permanent email address associated with that purchase and student enrollment.

His Word Her Way will send all course-related communications only to the original email address provided at the time of purchase. Requests to redirect, duplicate, transfer, resend, or split communications to a different email address after purchase will not be honored.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the email address entered during checkout is accurate, active, accessible, and regularly monitored before completing payment. This includes checking spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders.

Failure to provide the correct intended email address at checkout does not create eligibility for refunds, credits, replacement enrollments, extended access periods, or exceptions to the all-sales-final policy.

For security, account integrity, and recordkeeping purposes, one purchase may be tied only to one original purchaser email address, and course access may not be reassigned to alternate email accounts after enrollment is completed.

By purchasing from His Word Her Way, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for using the correct email address at the time of registration and understands that post-purchase email substitutions are not permitted.
